I bought one of these a few years ago after one foot got overly dry and calloused, and developed a painful crack in the skin. I've used it off and on ever since, and I'm about to order a replacement as the stitching is starting to wear through. It has held up longer than I expected, so I'm happy.
For size reference: I wear U.S. men's shoe size 9 or 9.5; I opted for size L (size guide says up to size 8.5) as I figured slightly tight would be better than loose and sloppy, and that choice has worked out pretty well for me.
