Just a karate Obi with extensions sewn on August 26, 2024 Reviewer: Joshua Shapiro from La Mesa, CA United States   This is NOT a "Top Quality" Obi for Iai.  It is just a karate Obi with some extensions sewn on the end.  The thickness of the obi makes it completely impractical for iaido, as it is too rigid and doesnt allow the saya to move. Belts are really nice December 1, 2023 Reviewer: La Monte Yarroll from Bethel Park, PA United States   I got 3 white obi for my kenjutsu class. I got 3 because I'm inclined to lose things, but I have a place to stash things when I need a replacemnt. These belts are quite nice--most of the belt is quite stuff and holds my saya well. The ends of the belt are soft and pliable which makes tying the obi easy. I used their sizing guide and the belts are almost prefectly sized for me. Was this review helpful to you?
