My favorite shinai style December 14, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Manila, Philippines   Second time buying a set of 2. My last purchase was in May of 2022, and now its Dec 2023. One of the previous ones got a crack in one of the shafts but that was entirely my fault as I was using too much force, but my second one has lasted me a whole year and its in great condition with regular sanding and oiling. I just bought another set just in case my current one gives out. The tsuka also stretches out a fair bit. Compared to the new set I just received, my old tsuka had stretched about an inch. May 11, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   This style has helped me significantly, the shorter grip allows me a more nature posture and reinforces better technique personally.  I had used the longer or standard tsuka before and I had found it was causing some stress to my deltoid and I ended up with deltoid tendonitis, having changed to this style has mostly if not entirely alleviated the issue.  This will be the second time I've purchased this style, I also find it well balanced. Not Like Anything Else October 31, 2020 Reviewer: Harry Goh from Seattle   This is the one and only shinai in this kind of concept. It is a perfect shinai for those who pursue ichibyoshi one shot type kendo. Don't get me wrong. I don't mean you'll like it out of box.
