Engraved Shinais Order April 24, 2023 Reviewer: Karl Olsen from Boonton Township, NJ United States   Overall amazing quality, both in product and customer service. The ordering process for getting multiple shinais engraved could be a bit smoother, but any time I had questions or concerns, customer service was quick to answer them & confirm that my order was being processed as I intended.
