This is a very good DVD set I enjoyed it very much I am blind and I was able to learn from this explanation in description and these DVDs are great! I give this item five stars out of five

While there is a significant amount of instructional material available for Kendo, I wanted something structured and complete. This DVD set is the best that I've found thus far. While some details are different between what is being shown in these videos and my dojo, the details are insignificant and I understand this is common with Kendo instruction. I am a beginner but the first two DVD's encapsulate the fundamentals and are helpful for reinforcing outside of the dojo

Kendo is covered in a step by step fashion. I think it is very nicely presented. However, the video and audio quality could be improved.

I did have difficulty "seeing" some of the moves because they move in real time. So some slow motion video takes might have been nice. However, a DVD player probably could have provided that function, but I was using a computer to watch it.

If E-Bogu considers remaking these, it would be ideal to use HD video and less muffled audio. Plus the DVD menu should have a complete index of all the moves so it can be navigated and moves repeated easily.
