Though it may seem simple to take apart an Iaito, it should not be done lightly.
If there is a problem with the Iaito please notify us within 15 days of your delivery date and we will provide instructions or send a return label to have the Iaito shipped back for inspection.

All returns must be in its original unused condition.
Iaito that have been taken apart cannot be accepted for any returns or exchanges.
Any non-defective product returns will have a 30% restocking.
